I recently stayed on 13 Apr 2025 at Swapanlok resort, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.What truly made the stay memorable was the behavior of the staff. Every employee we interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. From the reception to the housekeeping team and restaurant staff, everyone was professional and courteous.It’s clear that the resort takes pride in maintaining high standards of hospitality. I highly recommend swapanlok resorts to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway with top-notch service.
A place to hang out when you are bored of the busy city lifestyle. Has a ground where you can enjoy outdoor sports. Indoor games were good too.
Visited the place on 25th December for friends get-together for appx 15-16 persons in day time from 11am to 5:30 pm. Overall experience was good. Staff was courteous. Enjoyed magic show, puppet show, camel cart ride and horse ride. The resort also has a area where you can rope climbing, rope bridge etc. Food was also OK. The resort also has total 40 rooms in 3 blockes in 3 different in direction of central building. There is one big and one small lawn too for different size of gethering.
Swapan lok have amazing services and there water slides were full of entertainment me and my friends. Staff were very friendly. In minimum price they provide maximum joy
